Epiviz Feed
Epiviz Feed is a proactive and automatic visual analytics system integrated with Epiviz, a genomic data analysis tool that combines visualization with statistical analysis. The system aims to reduce the manual effort required in testing biologically meaningful hypotheses by automating the analysis process and presenting results of interest as notifications in a feed.
Key features of Epiviz Feed include:
1. Proactive data analysis: The system utilizes server-side computational resources to automate the analysis process, reducing the need to execute data analysis tasks manually.
2. Summarized hypothesis test results: The feed presents analysis results in an easily understandable format, allowing analysts to quickly investigate and explore the findings.
3. Filtering and grouping results: Users can filter and group analysis results for efficient searching and navigation.
